Install the Citrix Workspace App on your computer first, and follow the instructions below to register. Note that you need to re-register every academic year. 

Below are instruction videos for Mac and Windows users, showing how you can register for Citrix access and open a program on your personal device.

Off-campus use of Citrix requires an active VPN account, and an active VPN connection. To request a VPN account, please click on /offices/lits/forms/vpn-request-form.

Registration Process:

1. Go to .
2. Enter your 新澳开奖 email ID and password, and choose the domain. Click Log On to sign in.

3. • Students: keep the domain section as students.hamilton.edu.

   • Employees: change the domain section to hamilton.edu.  

     

4. Click on Click this link to register for access.

   • If the link does not work, visit /applications/citrix or /citrix.

5. Click on CREATE MY CITRIX ACCOUNT to complete registration. 

6. If registration was successful, click the link () to go back to the Citrix system. It may take up to 10 minutes for the Citrix server to update your registration information. 
   

7. Registration is complete if you can see program icons on .

8. Proceed to File Browsing & Drive Mapping from Citrix to learn how to access files from an app running through Citrix. 

Opening an App from Citrix:

1. Visit  and log in using your 新澳开奖 credentials. 

   • Students: keep the domain section as students.hamilton.edu.

   • Employees: change the domain section to hamilton.edu.  

2. To open an app, click on the app’s icon. Then, click Open Citrix Workspace Launcher.
